I have recently became very curious about meditation. At the end of my yoga glass, we sit quietly for 5 minutes focusing on our Inner World. At first I didn’t give much attention to it, but I’ve noticed that after I start to incorporate meditation practice, my day-to-day life have become more… synchronized, So to say … more *in-tune* And I love the feeling of it.
WHAT IS MEDITATION
Meditation is a pratice that includes techniques to promote relaxation, build life force or internal energy (CHI or Prana), develop compassion, LOVE and patience.
WHERE TO START
I would higly recommend anyone to start practicing a daily meditation. It’s a good idea to meditate first thing in the morning after you wake up before you eat or drink anything. Listen to your body, How do you feel? What thoughts are rising up?
Just sit quietly somewhere in your house. Take a very deep breaths IN and Out. You can start with 20 breaths ( trust me, if you are a beginner it seems like a life time!) and then slowly build up the time to 3 min, 5 minutes, 10…
SIMPLE MANTRA
In my yoga class the teacher suggests to use mantra “Let Go”. On breath in you say *LET* , on breath out you say *GO*
